Changing the world one airbrush at the time...

The Super Micron

Coming soon...

We are proud to inform you that the production of a new airbrush called the Super Micron has become fact. A limited edition run of what is going to be the best and most advanced airbrush in the world will be available soon. What exactly is it and what makes it so special? More than 15 years ago Eddy Wouters started his airbrush research. In years to come he would make many ground breaking discoveries. The Super Micron is the physical result of all this research.

What to expect:

One of the final and most important stages in airbrush design is prototyping. Extensive, scientific research has proven that the Iwata Micron is the best airbrush to start with due to its particular design characteristics, not to mention a long proven record of outstanding performance and reliability.

Good research means going as far as technology can bring you. This enables you to find what is called a "Sweet Spot" of features that still make sense while keeping the incredible performance of such an airbrush within realistic manufacturing costs. Most of the changes made on the Super Micron address ergonomic improvements and, of course, performance.

The hands of an artist are irreplaceable. It is proven that extensive use of airbrush equipment can cause permanent damage to muscles, tendons and nerves. The action of the Super Micron is extremely soft and flexible to use, and considering the already outstanding performance of a standard Micron, this hand-tuned machine has been lifted to a level of its own. The trigger and air valve have been altered to ensure an even softer and smoother action, and the headset is completely hand-tuned and upgraded with new, state of the art materials.

Each airbrush will undergo extensive tests to ensure that yours will be in perfect shape. It will also come with a maintenance kit and detailed instructions on how to use, clean, and store your airbrush. Availability will be limited. The Super Micron will be available in Europe only via SMART Productions (Eddy Wouters) and in the USA only through the Blair School of Art. This is to guarantee a customer service which is equal to the quality of the airbrush. The Super micron is not a mass produced tool. It is a hand made precision instrument.

More data and facts will be made available to you very soon.
